I wanted to take a moment to reiterate what I shared with you today on the phone. As a part of my real estate investment and construction business, we've now worked with you on several transactions, most recently an REO purchase and then a resale of that property. We put it up for sale, got it under contract in two days (which was a testimony to both of us) -- and under great terms -- higher than expected and in a down market! -- What more could we ask for?

I just wanted to thank you once again for the attention to detail you paid to the HVAC equipment when I purchased my new townhome. The Pro-Home inspector, from City Wide HVAC, was just here; he raved to me about what a great furnace and A/C unit I have, and that it should be good for at least 20 years.
